How The Process Works?
Working with me is straightforward. Here's what you can expect from inquiry to delivery:
Step 1: Tell Me About Your Event
Use the contact form or call 780-940-1288 to get in touch. Tell me about your event — the date, venue, the hours required, and what you're hoping to accomplish with your photography. The more detail you can share, the better I can tailor my coverage to your goals.
Step 2: Receive a Custom Quote
Every event is different, so I don't use a one-size-fits-all pricing model. I'll prepare a custom quote based on your event length, location, and coverage needs. Event photography starts at $350/hour with a minimum charge of 2 hours. For multi-hour events and full-day conferences, package rates may apply.
Step 3: Sign a Contract and Pay the 50% Retainer
In order to secure a date and reserve our photography services, a signed photography agreement and a 50% non-refundable retainer are required. Once you confirm your intention to proceed with a booking, I will send over an electronic contract to be digitally signed along with an invoice that can be paid online using a credit card or via e-Transfer.
Step 4: Pre-Event Planning Call
Before your event, we'll connect to review the schedule, confirm the must-have shots, and discuss any specific branding requirements or VIP guests I should prioritize. This call makes the day of the event run smoothly for both of us.
Step 5: Day-of Coverage
I arrive early, coordinate with your venue and event team, and begin capturing your event from setup through to the final moments. I work efficiently and unobtrusively — you'll barely notice I'm there, but you'll definitely notice the images.
Step 6: Fast, Professional Delivery
Once final payment has been received, your edited, high-resolution images are delivered digitally through an online gallery, ready for download and immediate use. Rush delivery options are available for events requiring same-day or next-day turnaround.
