Patricia & Jeff’s wedding day was our final wedding of the 2013 wedding season in Edmonton and what a great way to end our most successful wedding season. We met Jeff a couple of years ago when he participated in one of Scott Kelby’s Worldwide Photo Walks that we were leading and we felt an instant connection with Patricia when we met with both of them at the studio. They are both so sweet and we share a lot of the same interests including good wine, Instagram, shopping at the 104th Street Market, and good food. Jeff is also a fellow photographer so we were honored when they chose us to be their photographers.
Sarah started the day hanging out with the guys and I love these shots of Jeff opening Patricia’s gift to him – a gorgeous gold pocket watch.
Patricia and Jeff are both designers so there were several design elements incorporated into their details including Jeff’s cool cufflinks.
Bruce spent the morning with the girls while they got ready at Patricia & Jeff’s condo downtown. As evidenced by the photo below, the girls were having a great time and there was plenty of laughter throughout the morning.
Patricia and Jeff were married at the Assumption Parish on the southside.
After their ceremony we headed down to Louise McKinney Park for some photographs with the bridal party before heading over to the Sutton Place Hotel for their wedding reception.
The fall colours were just starting to make their appearance in Edmonton’s River Valley.
Loved all of the typographic inspired details that Patricia and Jeff had at their reception.
Patricia & Jeff, thanks again for sharing your special day with us and we look forward to sharing the rest of your photos with you over a nice bottle of wine (or two!).
