Delux Burger’s Celebrity Chef continues in the month of December featuring Mary Bailey – well known Edmonton foodie and Editor of City Palate, the flavour of Edmonton’s food scene. I stopped by Lux on Friday to photograph the creation of Mary’s Alberta Burger featuring ingredients made here in Alberta. The recipe includes Alberta Beef from Spring Creek Ranch, brisket, panko bread crumbs, rosemary, Sylvan Star smoked Gouda, horseradish, and beet relish. The combination of flavors was amazing and the fact that it was made with locally produced ingredients made this a proudly Albertan burger.
