Jordana and Dale will be getting married this summer and we met up with them on Sunday for their engagement session. Before their shoot we spent the afternoon with them in Camrose to do some location scouting and check out the farm where their wedding will take place. Being city kids, Sarah and I were so excited to visit a farm. Dale’s dad and his wife have an incredible farm that includes a corn maze, a petting zoo, mini golf, and tons of great places to shoot. We can’t wait to photograph their wedding this August.
After we were done exploring the farm, we headed back to Edmonton to grab a quick bite and get some liquid encouragement into Jordana since she was nervous about being in front of the camera. I’m sure our viewers will agree that they both did just fine in front of the camera. After enjoying some great Mexican food at Julios, we wandered around Whyte Avenue and had a fun session together. We love engagement sessions because it’s a great way to get to know our clients better and work on some things to make sure they’re looking their best when it comes time to do their wedding photographs. We also love the fact that we generally get shoot when the light is really nice and we don’t have the time pressures you normally have on a wedding day.
Here are a few quick picks from our session. Can’t wait for their wedding day!
